The Mercer Culinary M13751 eight-piece BBQ competition set is part of the BPX® series. It includes six knives: a 3-inch-long slim paring, 5 9⁄10-inch-long boning, 11-inch-long carving, 8-inch-long chef, 8-inch-long butcher, and 10-inch-long honing steel knife. For convenience and easy transportation, this set has a pocket sharpener and black, seven-pocket roll that resists damage for long-term use. The knives in this set are not dishwasher safe.
