To keep the countertop clean, the Global Solutions GS1640 hot dog roller grill has a drip tray mounted at the bottom to capture oily runoff and crumbs. When the tray gets full, it can be removed for streamlined cleaning. For stability on the countertop, this grill sits on nonslip feet. Taking up minimal space, this unit measures 22 3⁄4 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high.
The Global Solutions GS1640 countertop hot dog grill has 11 nonstick rollers to cook 30 hot dogs at a time. For various product results, it operates with dual-zone temperature controls, enabling some hot dogs to be cooked longer than others depending on customer requests. This unit is a good choice for use at a fairground, concession stand, or in a cafeteria. Its top is flat, keeping cooking product secure and preventing it from accidentally rolling forward; unlike slanted models, this top style doesn’t increase product visibility.
