Robot Coupe's R602V combination food processor has a cutter attachment for chopping, fine mincing, emulsions, grinding and kneading. It also has a vegetable preparation attachment for slicing, grating, ripple cut slicing, julienne, dicing and making French fries. This model has a seven-quart stainless steel cutter bowl and smooth bowl-base blade assembly, along with one large and one cylindrical hopper. This commercial food processor also has a removable chute and feed lead that can easily be cleaned and is dishwasher-safe. Over 50 individual processing discs are available separately to expand the machine’s functionality.
