To process large volumes of produce and cheese, the Robot Coupe R2N food processor features a 2.9-liter bowl and operates at a rate of 1,725 RPM. Its bowl is constructed of polycarbonate for break resistance and equipped with a handle for comfort. For increased operator control and precise results, it features a pulse function. Overall, this unit measures 8 3⁄4 inches wide by 15 13⁄16 inches deep by 19 3⁄16 inches high.
For durability to endure heavy use, the Robot Coupe R2N commercial food processor's motor shaft is stainless steel. This simple-to-clean metal offers long-term rust and corrosion resistance. To reduce the risk of injury, it features a safety and motor brake, while its direct-drive induction motor ensures lasting performance. This unit includes a vegetable prep attachment with external injection, an "S" blade, a 2-millimeter grating disc, and a 4-millimeter slicing disc.
