The flat motor base is easy to clean, while the motor brake and magnetic safety interlock protect staff during use. A central lid opening lets you easily add ingredients or liquids to your mixture. The transparent lid lets you check on your mixture. A 4-quart mini bowl is included in addition to the 15-quart bowl with two handles for easy transporting. The Robot Coupe R15ULTRA cutter mixer comes with a smooth-edge, 3 bladed assembly for homogenous mixtures.
