The Robot Coupe MP450FW commercial power mixer reduces employee labor by lowering the number of bowls that must be cleaned after meal preparation. Operators simply place this tool in the cooking vessel and blend, eliminating the need to move product into standard blenders. This power mixer is constructed with whisks at the end of a metal tube, a design that differs from large standard mixers, which have blades that spin at the base of their bowl. This compact tool blends ingredients to a smooth, even finish and its high RPM is optimal for speedily blending light foods.
Because the Robot Coupe MP450FW handheld power mixer's whisks measure 10 inches long, the tool can blend a bowl full of ingredients, reaching near the bowl's base for complete blending. The power mixer is constructed for rigorous use and is optimal for making pancakes, whipped cream, and mashed potatoes. This tool's metal gearbox supports heavy loads and its Easy Plug system comes with a detachable power cord. This power mixer has a variable speed ranging from 250 to 1,500 RPM and a 100-quart pan capacity. Its motor housing is placed to ensure watertightness.
