Robot Coupe MP 350 Description
For durability, the Robot Coupe MP 350 handheld power mixer is made of stainless steel, and it has a fixed speed of 12,000 rotations per minute. Designed to mix as much as 60 quarts, the 1-horsepower motor has top-mounted air vents to ensure watertight operation. The ridge on the motor housing enables users to rest the unit on a pan rim for convenience.
The plug system on the Robot Coupe MP 350 immersion blender makes the cord effortless to replace, and the cord winds up for storing. For cleaning, the watertight bell and blades are removable, with an included tool for safe blade removal. This heavy-duty mixer is ideal for catering operations where blending and puréeing is needed.
