The Robot Coupe CL50ULTRARESTAURANTS restaurant pack can be used in a variety of establishments for slicing, grating, julienning, dicing, and more. The discs and kits that are included with this package are a 3 millimeter slicing disc, 6 millimeter slicing disc, 3 millimeter grating disc, 9 millimeter grating disc, 4 millimeter julienne disc, 10 millimeter french fry kit, and 10 by 10 millimeter dicing kit. A 39811 dice cleaning kit is also included so you can easily and safely clean off your discs. A 107812 wall-mounting disc rack is also included so you can hold 16 small or 8 large discs.

A CL50 ULTRA food processor is also included in the Robot Coupe CL50ULTRARESTAURANTS restaurant pack. It is equipped with a vegetable prep assembly so you can create salad toppings, pizza toppings, ingredients for sandwiches, and more. One kidney and one cylindrical hoppers allow all types of produce to be fed through the machine. The polycarbonate base on the processor is durable, while the stainless steel motor shaft is resistant to corrosion. A vertical pusher is used to send vegetables towards the disc and through the machine to create even cuts.
