The Robot Coupe BLIXER8 food processor handles batches weighing up to 11 pounds in its 8-liter stainless steel bowl, which resists corrosion and has ergonomic handles for a secure grip when lifting. Two fine-serrated stainless steel blades process raw or cooked ingredients into a variety of textures, while the removable Blixer® arm scrapes the bowl and lid to promote consistent mixing. A tall central bowl shaft accommodates liquid preparations, and the central bowl locking system simplifies assembly.
The Robot Coupe BLIXER8 countertop processor uses an induction motor, with two speeds of 1,800 and 3,600 RPM and pulse action for precise processing control. Its clear polycarbonate lid provides visibility during operation, and a lid wiper clears buildup so staff can monitor the mixture. The center opening permits ingredient additions without removing the lid, while a rubber seal helps prevent liquid overflow.
