The Robot Coupe BLIXER7VV speed batch bowl food processor assists with pureeing tough fruits, vegetables, and raw meats quickly and thoroughly. Its food hopper utilizes a 7¹/₂-liter bowl designed to process and serve 3 to 25 portions measuring 7 ounces. Once the bowl is locked into place with a simple counterclockwise rotation, users can implement a height-adjustable fine-serrated blade to ensure ingredients don't become jammed during the cutting process. Fitting the bowl in a flush manner, a high-heat and shock-resistant see-through lid is placed on top. Because the lid has a central opening, users can then attach the Blixer® arm—a device that rotates around the bowl and scrapes food back towards the blades. All these parts can be removed after use for quick and simple cleaning; they're all dishwasher safe.

The Robot Coupe BLIXER7VV speed batch/bowl food processor has an industrial belt-driven motor that operates at 2 horsepower. To control the speed of this motor, as well as its power state and pulse, a control panel is built into its base. The speed can be adjusted from 300 to 3,500 revolutions per minute to establish the versatility needed to manage multiple culinary tasks. This motor is supplied with a magnetic safety system with a failsafe that reduces operator injury. The base is made of all metal for added durability, while its motor shaft is constructed of stainless steel to add strength and corrosion resistance.
