Robot Coupe BLIXER45 Description
The Robot Coupe BLIXER45 blender mixer is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The stand comes with three legs that keep the unit stable during use and three retractable wheels so it can easily be moved. An IP65 control panel is included with flush buttons and a timer that runs from 0 to 15 minutes. The heavy-duty, direct drive motor is protected by a stainless steel shaft.
The 47-quart bowl is constructed of stainless steel for durability and has two handles to make lifting and moving easier. The bowl can tilt to the side to make emptying and cleaning it out easier. With a fine serrated edge, the 2 blades on the assembly are adjustable in height and easily remove for cleaning. The Robot Coupe BLIXER45 blender mixer comes with a transparent lid so you can easily see product in the bowl and a central opening for adding ingredients.
