Robot Coupe BLIXER15 Description
The Robot Coupe BLIXER15 food processor handles batches weighing up to 22 pounds in its 15-quart stainless steel bowl. The bowl resists corrosion, and its ergonomic handles provide a secure grip for listing and transport. A central locking system keeps the bowl in place during processing. The three fine-serrated stainless steel blades process ingredients into various textures, while the removable Blixer® arm scrapes the bowl and lid to promote consistent mixing. A tall central bowl shaft accommodates liquid preparations.
The Robot Coupe BLIXER15 food processor uses an induction motor with two speeds of 1,800 and 3,600 RPM and pulse action for greater control over ingredient consistency. Its clear polycarbonate lid provides a clear view of the food inside, and a center opening enables ingredient additions without removing the lid. A rubber lid seal helps prevent liquid overflow. Overall, the unit measures 12 7⁄16 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 27 9⁄16 inches high.
