Ideal for sporting events, concession stands, and carnivals, the Adcraft HDS-1300W/100 hot dog and bun steamer prepares hot dogs and buns in a single piece of equipment. It accommodates as many as 100 hot dogs and between 36 and 48 buns, and it has a 20-minute cooktime. To prevent buns from becoming stale or saturated with moisture, its bun compartment features humidity control. This unit has a cooking temperature range between 85 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Adcraft HDS-1300W/100 hot dog steamer's lids and body are constructed of stainless steel—an easy-to-clean metal that offers durability and corrosion resistance. To provide visibility and improve merchandising, a full-view tempered glass window is furnished on both the operator's and guest's sides. This unit is mounted on nonslip feet to secure it on the countertop, and overall, it measures 18 inches wide by 14¹/₄ inches deep by 16 inches high.
