This level provides an appetizing serving temperature and meets food safety requirements. Made of lightweight, heavy-duty stainless steel to ease cleaning, this product is resistant to corrosion. With a 6¹/₂-inch-deep well, it can accommodate food pans as deep as 4 inches.

The Adcraft FW-1200W full-size warmer is equipped with thermostatic controls that enable operators to set precise temperatures. Reducing wait time in fast-paced environments, it will preheat to 180 degrees Fahrenheit in around 12 minutes, and the temperature can be adjusted at any time to ensure food is kept at the desired temperature for an extended period of time.
