Adcraft DF-12L/2 Description
The Adcraft DF-12L/2 countertop fryer is designed with two independent fry pots to support simultaneous cooking of frozen foods in commercial kitchens. Each pot holds 6 liters of oil and delivers up to 25 pounds of cooking capacity per hour, while thermostatic controls regulate temperatures between 120 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Two fryer baskets with collapsible heat-resistant handles support safe product handling, and interior calibration marks assist with oil level management. A protective wire grate is included to help contain splatter during operation.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Adcraft DF-12L/2 fryer is suited for repeated use in foodservice environments. Side handles support repositioning, and the split-pot configuration enables cooking different items at the same time. A built-in faucet simplifies oil draining and maintenance, while a factory-installed cord provides connection to a compatible electrical outlet.
