Its Easy-Glide™ system ensures smooth dispensing of oval platters ranging from 12 3⁄4 inches long by 9 1⁄2 inches wide up to 13 1⁄2 inches long by 10 1⁄4 inches wide. Constructed of stainless steel for lasting durability, it moves easily on 4-inch casters with brakes while maintaining steady, ready-to-serve platter temperatures.
