The Lakeside B589 soiled dish cart separates fragile glassware from other dishes and flatware to reduce breaking. This model is constructed from welded aluminum for heavy duty use. The cart has four shelves constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. The straight shelves have a marine edge and side and back edge to prevent dishes from breaking while moving. The Lakeside B589 soiled dish cart’s angled shelf is pitched at 20 degrees to allow for easier access to the tall cart.
