Measuring 9 1⁄3 inches in diameter, it accommodates most 9-inch narrow rim china plates, making it ideal for healthcare or institutional meal service. Its 20-gauge stainless steel construction is seam-welded and hermetically sealed, with a wax core interior that retains and evenly distributes heat to extend food holding times.
