This Lakeside 5210 dish dispenser can transport clean dishes from the dishroom to buffet stations and dining rooms. Its 4-inch Lake-Glide® extra-load swivel casters are attached to the unit's heavy-duty galvanized steel undercarriage to ensure they're secured in place throughout high-volume use. All the casters can swivel, which is necessary for reversing and turning, while two casters can brake, stabilizing the unit when dishes are loaded or retrieved. To maintain its structure if it collides with other surfaces, this cabinet is all-welded stainless steel, and bumpers built onto its bottom corners protect walls and furniture from damage. Overall, this unit measures 32 inches wide by 18¹⁄₂ inches deep by 39³⁄₄ inches high so operators can steer with ease.

Circular plates with diameters from 9¹⁄₄ inches to 10¹⁄₈ inches can be stored in the Lakeside 5210 dish dispenser cabinet's two dispensing tubes. Each tube features an Easy-Glide™ mechanism, which uses nylon guides to move the self-leveling dish carriages vertically through the tubes without making noise or sticking as plates are removed from the stack. Each tube has a 25-inch vertical stacking height, and as needs change, operators can adjust the unit's dispensing height by removing and reattaching the included springs, a task which doesn't require tools.
