Beverage-Air UCF27AHC-23 Description
Fitted with two epoxy-coated wire shelves, the Beverage-Air UCF27AHC-23 undercounter freezer provides 5.87 cu. ft. of storage in a compact, one-section format. A solid right-hinged door with cartridge-style hinges includes a magnetic gasket and low-wattage heater to retain cold air and minimize condensation. The cabinet features a stainless steel top, front, sides, door, and grille, while the back and bottom are galvanized for durability. A 1⁄2-in. sub-top supports placement beneath prep tables, and the door remains open at 120 degrees for uninterrupted access during restocking.
The Beverage-Air UCF27AHC-23 undercounter freezer is constructed of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant aluminum for long-term performance in high-use storage areas. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system includes a 1⁄4 HP compressor and epoxy-coated evaporator coil. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit maintains temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Adaptive defrost reduces frost accumulation, and full electronic controls with a digital thermometer assist in monitoring interior conditions. The cabinet is mounted on 3-in. casters, including two with brakes for stability.
