Beverage-Air ST58HC-S Description
Powered by environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the Beverage-Air ST58HC-S milk cooler employs cold wall technology that pulls heat out of cartons as they rest against the cabinet walls. Manual defrosting stops ice from collecting on internal components, while electronic controls regulate temperatures from 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit to inhibit temperature fluctuation. Set on 4-inch casters, the 58-inch-wide by 31 1⁄4-inch-deep by 41 1⁄8-inch-high structure sits lower to the ground for comfortable, reach-in access.
Offering 22.5 cubic feet of storage space, the Beverage-Air ST58HC-S milk cooler stacks up to (16) 13-inch by 13-inch crates on wire floor racks for quick inspection and selection. A built-in floor drain ejects leftover liquid during washdown. Crafted for top and side access, four lockable, self-latching doors swing shut after each use to limit ambient air exposure. Durable stainless steel construction prevents denting and discoloration through frequent opening and cleaning.
