Cleveland 36CGM300 Description
The Cleveland 36CGM300 LP gas floor steamer has a six-pan capacity in for both of these compartments, each holding three. The unit’s doors can be opened during the steaming process due to its pressureless cooking system. The instant steam standby mode keeps the generator at steaming temperature for ready-to-use steam at any time. This model keeps the drain clear with the automatic generator drain function at shutdown.
The unit’s coved corners in the compartments provide more even heat distribution and makes cleaning the unit out easy since debris cannot get stuck in corners. This 62-inch-tall model has a durable stainless steel construction on the interior and exterior. The Cleveland 36CGM300 LP gas floor steamer’s door is cool to the touch when the steamer is running. The door is left-hinged, and the controls are mounted on the right.
