The Cleveland 24CGA10.2ES Steamcraft® Gemini™ 10 convection steamer provides two compartments to steam, poach, thaw, reheat, and par-cook product. These compartments are completely independent and do not share components, while their cavities, doors, and steam generators are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. The two-piece doors are self-adjusting and equipped with a reversible door gasket to seal in heat and steam. This unit is stabilized on four 6-inch legs made of stainless steel and equipped with flanged feet for securing them to the floor.

The Cleveland 24CGA10.2ES 10-pan steamer uses SteamSaver technology, which controls the production of steam depending on the type and volume of product. Steam jets made of brass evenly distribute high-velocity steam throughout the compartments. Forced-air, gas-powered burner generators produce steam, enabling quick cook times. Deliming ports are accessible on top of the generators, and cleaning lights alert the user when the equipment needs to be delimed. Manual bypass switches allow constant steaming.
