Koala Kare KB301-05 Description
Durable and hygienic, the Koala Kare KB301-05 vertical baby changing station is made of strong, simple-to-clean, injection-molded polypropylene. Its Microban® antimicrobial additive is also embedded in the unit's changing surface to inhibit bacterial growth and odors between cleanings. Despite its practical design, this unit sports a sleek, granite white coloring for integration into various restroom themes. When closed, it measures 20 3⁄4 inches wide by 4 inches deep by 35 7⁄8 inches high; once its bed is open, it juts out 36 5⁄8 inches—ideal for small restrooms.
Built with a metal mounting chassis and pneumatic cylinder, this surface-mount station's bed opens and closes slowly and under control to prevent slamming that could cause damage. The concave changing surface includes a safety strap so children can be secured in place, and its dual-liner cavity accommodates 50 liners and dispenses one at a time. Diaper bags and purses can be hung on the external stainless steel hook to ensure they remain off the floor and within reach.
