This 27 9⁄10-inch-wide by 30-inch-deep by 20 9⁄10-inch-high food slicer sits on a set of rubber feet, which remain stable on flat worktop surfaces throughout slicing . For user security, it's installed with a safety hand guard, and the noncutting side of the blade is covered to reduce injury hazards. For smooth maintenance needs, its screws and fittings are constructed of stainless steel.
With a gear-driven operation, the AX-S14GIX manual food slicer cuts through large wedges of cheese or meat with its 14-inch-diameter blade. Users can employ the dial adjustment knob, which sets thicknesses to 1 inch for a variety of options.
