Axis AXM20 Description
The Axis AXM20 planetary mixer operates at three speeds to ensure consistency and flexibility. Ideal for mixing and blending eggs, dough, mayonnaise and other products, its powerful 1⁄2-horsepower motor and gear transmission system reduce downtime and improve results. Agitators are included with the unit's durable and hygienic stainless steel bowl, which can accommodate 20 quarts. It comes with a wire whip, dough hook, and flat beater.
For precise blending, the Axis AXM20 planetary mixer is equipped with a digital timer that can be set for as long as 30 minutes. Its heat-treated, hardened alloy steel gears and shaft are both durable and easy to clean, ensuring a long lifespan in high-volume environments. For added convenience and long-term use, its motor remains silent even on high settings.
