Keeping the exterior cool to the touch for burn prevention, the door has a double-wall construction that retains heat in the cabinet. To further promote this idea, the interior is insulated with high-temperature fiberglass. Because this unit is about 22 inches wide, it fits nicely on the countertop without taking up too much space.

The Axis AX-513 countertop convection oven accommodates three half-size food pans on three guides. For even heating, these guides are separated by 3 inches to enable air to flow around the food. Using manual controls, users can adjust the temperature and set the timer as long as 120 minutes. Withstanding high-volume use, this unit's body is made of heavy-duty stainless steel.
