Jackson RACKSTAR 44 Description
The Jackson RACKSTAR 44 commercial dishwasher is made of stainless steel to withstand heavy use, simplify cleaning, and resist rust and corrosion. Its front dress panel hides the machine's inner components, while the double-wall insulated doors preserve heat for efficient operation. To account for irregular or sloped flooring, its bullet feet are adjustable, and for streamlined operation, this unit features self-cleaning wash arms, a self-draining wash pump, and a digital LED control panel.
With a 25-gallon wash tank, the Jackson RACKSTAR 44 high-temp dishmachine can sanitize 223 racks per hour to keep up with fast-paced kitchens. This conveyor-type, right-to-left unit features a Dual Rainbow Rinse™ system with an arched rinse arm design. When in Econo-rinse mode, this unit uses 0.35 gallons of water per rack, and when in Turbo-rinse mode, it uses 0.52 gallons. Overall, it measures 44 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 681⁄2 inches high.
