Paderno 41737-23 Description
The Paderno 41737-23 pizza peel is constructed of stainless steel to withstand frequent use. Since the metal is thin, it slides under pizza to remove it from the oven, but dough can stick to the metal unless flour or corn meal is used to prevent it from tearing. The slotted, 9-inch-diameter blade cools pizza as it is removed.
