The Paderno 11106-20 Grand Gourmet saucepan has a triple-ply bottom with an aluminum center sandwiched between stainless steel. The bottom flattens when hot and concaves when cold for even heat distribution. The interior and exterior have a polished appearance with a mirror finish along the edges. It has a welded handle that is hollow and tubular, so it is cool to the touch to enable safe handling. This saucepan is compatible with any type of stove top. It has a 4¹⁄₄-quart capacity to accommodate sauces and liquids.
