Paderno 11106-14 Description
The Paderno 11106-14 stainless steel saucepan has a 11⁄4-quart capacity for heating food and reducing sauces. It is constructed of stainless steel and has a hollow, tubular handle that stays cool to the touch. The triple-ply bottom is constructed of aluminum sandwiched between stainless steel. The bottom of this saucepan curves inwards when cold and flattens when hot to provide even heat distribution. This feature enables the saucepan to be compatible with any stove type.
