Paderno 11009-40 Description
The Paderno 11009-40 braising pot has a 19-quart capacity to quickly disperse steam with its wide and low design, ideal for braising, poaching, and searing. Inside the pot's bottom is a plate made of aluminum, which quickly heats up and evenly distributes heat. Surrounded by stainless steel, the plate is compatible with induction equipment, and carrying handles are welded to the pot sides for strength.
