An additional layer is provided by the double-breasted construction for additional protection and, with this design, the front can be reversed to keep stains hidden. A thermometer or pen can be placed in the sleeve pocket for convenience. The jacket is made of a comfortable poly-cotton blend that is easy to clean and strong.
