Kolpak KFX8-1210-CR Description
Made of galvalume inside and out, the Kolpak KFX8-1210-CR-R Kold-Front walk-in refrigerator is durable and rust resistant. Its wall panels link together snugly with cam locks and panel gaskets, and over the floor, a Temp-Guard vinyl screed prevents heat from rising. Each panel is insulated with 4 inches of polyurethane foam for increased energy efficiency. The door is also insulated, and after it self-closes, magnetic gaskets seal it shut. If the door closes behind employees, they can use an internal release to open the door from the inside.
In this Kolpak KFX8-1210-CR-R walk-in refrigerator, the temperature stays at a consistent 35 degrees Fahrenheit. When the temperature rises or drops, the thermostatic expansion valve responds to the changes and adjusts the refrigerant flow accordingly. The condensing unit has a remote design, so it can be placed in another room or outdoors. This convenient setup eliminates the need for an extra-tall ceiling, which comes with top-mounted refrigeration systems.
