The Kolpak KF7-0810-CR Kold-Front indoor walk-in refrigerator is constructed of 4-inch-thick panels that are insulated with polyurethane foam. Its ceiling and walls have sturdy, rust-resistant galvalume surfaces, while the floor is made of smooth aluminum. All of the panels link together with cam locks and seal tightly with foamed-in-place gaskets. Around the door, another gasket snaps into the frame, creating an airtight unit and preventing leaks. To ensure operator safety, a high-pressure control keeps the internal pressure at safe levels.
To reduce cold-air loss, the door automatically closes, and LED lights brighten the interior, so employees can quickly find what they need. An internal release mechanism prevents employees from getting trapped inside. Equipped with an expansion valve, this Kolpak KF7-0810-CR walk-in refrigerator maintains an interior temperature of about 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can keep up with temperature changes quicker than a capillary tube refrigeration system, ensuring food stays at safe temperatures. Because this Kolpak KF7-0810-CR walk-in refrigerator has a remote condenser, rooms do not need an extra-high ceiling to accommodate the unit.
