Its vacuum cooking system ensures precise heat distribution, while manual mechanical timer controls provide straightforward operation. It measures 27 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 55³⁄₈ inches high. The connectionless design eliminates the need for water and drain hookups, simplifying installation. Mounted on a stand with casters for mobility, this unit is built for flexible kitchen setups.
