No water or drain lines need to be connected for this unit to operate, so users can install it anywhere there's free counterspace. To meet many different needs in the kitchen, this unit features heat, cook, and hold indicator lights to streamline use. With its front-mounted drain valves, it's simple to drain after use.

The Accutemp S32081D060 countertop convection steamer has a 3-gallon reservoir to hold water, and it alerts users with an indicator light and buzzer when the water starts to get low. For streamlined monitoring, it features vacuum and temperature gauges that display the machine's status. To resist rust and scratches, its cooking cavity is made of heavy-duty stainless steel.
