To fit a variety of applications, the Antunes MS-150-9100420 Miracle steamer can be programmed for custom cycle time, shot interval time, and steam shot time. It also has a one-shot option that will steam foods at the press of a button. Melting cheeses and finishing sandwiches, steam comes down from the top. Its spatula-style tray can be removed from the unit to quickly add and remove items, and the stainless steel construction ensures the steamer is sturdy and simplifies cleaning. To further ease cleaning, a drip tray catches condensate for removal, and because it has a 3-quart water reservoir, this Antunes MS-150 sandwich steamer does not require a direct water supply. However, employees must manually refill the reservoir to keep up with demand.
