The Antunes DFW-100 deluxe food warmer can be filled with plain tap water, converting it into super-heated dry steam that permeates food on all sides. This food warmer prepares a variety of foods, including bread, eggs, meat, pasta, poultry, seafood, and more. The steamer maintains the original colors, flavors, nutrients, and textures of the product while freshening its appearance and enhancing its taste. Its consistent steam generation creates a uniform finish between product loads.
The open-compartment design of the Antunes DFW-100 countertop steamer enables it to steam all sides of the product. The unit has a half-size-pan capacity and the pulse of steam is fully adjustable. It is constructed of corrosion-resistant, durable stainless steel, equipped with a self-contained water reservoir, and has a high-limit reset button that will cool the steamer down at the operator's discretion.
