To streamline cleaning and resist corrosion, the Turbo Air TOM-50SW-N refrigerated merchandiser's interior and shelves are constructed of stainless steel. While its backguard and perforated interior top and back wall improve airflow, its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps retain cold air and optimize efficiency. So operators can track temperature fluctuations, it features a digital thermostat and thermometer. This unit's refrigeration system is self-contained to simplify installation and uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
The Turbo Air TOM-50SW-N open-air cooler is fitted with LED interior lighting that illuminates its three shelves to boost impulse sales. It offers 8.9 cubic feet of interior space and measures 507⁄8 inches wide by 333⁄4 inches deep by 421⁄8 inches high—great for displaying ice cream, milk, yogurt, and other cold dairy products. To prevent buildup that could negatively affect performance, this unit's self-cleaning condenser automatically blows away settled dust and debris.
