Its modern body is built with a black exterior and tempered glass front shield and side walls that provide a full view into the LED-lighted interior. Its four tiers consist of three tempered glass shelves and a bottom glass shelf that can accommodate drinks, snacks, salads, sandwiches, sushi, and more. Because it doesn't require plumbing and is simply designed for plug-in installation, it can be placed in a variety of settings. This self-serve unit is fitted with 2¹⁄₂-inch-diameter swivel casters to ease transport, and the front sets features locks for stabilization.

The Turbo Air TOM20-75N-B display case holds drinks and packaged foods at safe temperatures until they're purchased. Staff can set temperatures with the digital electronic thermostat, while the back guard and perforated interior back wall and top enhance airflow for uniform distribution. To prevent unseemly ice buildup, the thermostatic system includes a defrost control. This unit's self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and its condenser is built with a fine mesh filter that captures dust to maximize efficiency. This self-cleaning piece features a rotating brush that removes excess buildup to prevent system failure.
