The Turbo Air TARB-24 countertop charbroiler uses natural gas to prepare both dense burgers and delicate cuts of fish on its reversible, cast iron grates. Outfitted with cast iron radiants, the charbroiler resists wear and tear even when used daily. Made of stainless steel, the body and burners are built for longevity and durability.
Across its four burners, the Turbo Air TARB-24 Radiance charbroiler provides 60,000 BTUs of heating power. Spaced every 6 inches, these high-capacity burners give the user precise control over the doneness of foods. The manual controls and heat-resistant on/off knob are comfortable to use. Over the knobs, a bull-nose edge extends past the grates, protecting users from the hot metal.
