Turbo Air TAHP-24-4 Description
The Turbo Air TAHP-24-4 Radiance hotplate is heated by LP gas but can be converted to natural gas if needed. Each of the four burners has an adjustable pilot and heat-resistant on/off control knob, while a cast iron grate sits over each burner, supporting cookware as it is heated. These grates have a grooved design to direct heat towards the pot or pan, ensuring product is heated properly. Because of the flush grate design, users can slide cookware across the cooktop.
For plating food, the 4-inch front ledge holds dishes, and it provides separation between the hot components and the user. Because the Turbo Air TAHP-24-4 gas hotplate is constructed of stainless steel, it is heavy duty and resistant to corrosion. It is elevated off the counter by 2-inch legs, minimizing how hot the components get to reduce overheating risks.
