Turbo Air TACM-36 Description
The Turbo Air TACM-36 Radiance cheese melter has stainless steel sides, front, and interior, making it easy to clean. Its rack is chrome plated to prevent product from sticking, and the infrared burner has a protective screen for preventing burns. Its adjustable gas valve uses natural gas for heating. The Turbo Air TACM-36 Radiance cheese melter is mountable on walls, counters, or over Radiance ranges, and includes brackets for mounting over ranges.

Used for melting cheese on burgers & nachos. If you would like the equipment you buy to last more than a year choose another product other than this one
