Ideal for prepping sandwich or pizza toppings, it holds 12 sixth-size or six third-size pans and maintains temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can monitor the unit's temperature using the digital display mounted on the front panel. Overall, this table measures 59 inches wide by 15 1⁄2 inches deep by 10 1⁄4 inches high.
To prevent temperature fluctuations, the Turbo Air CTST-1500-13-N prep table is insulated with high-density polyurethane.
