The Turbo Air CTST-1500-13-N refrigerated prep table is constructed of stainless steel—a strong, rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. Ideal for prepping sandwich or pizza toppings, it holds 12 sixth-size or six third-size pans and maintains temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can monitor the unit's temperature using the digital display mounted on the front panel. Overall, this table measures 59 inches wide by 151⁄2 inches deep by 101⁄4 inches high.
To prevent temperature fluctuations, the Turbo Air CTST-1500-13-N prep table is insulated with high-density polyurethane. Because its refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted, it's simple to install and easily accessible for maintenance.
