The open wire design allows for optimal airflow, which helps ensure consistent cooling throughout the cabinet and proper holding temperatures for food. The unit comes with four shelf clips. The Turbo Air 30278R0102 wire shelf is coated in polyethylene, which provides protection against damage and corrosion.
