The Turbo Air 30278F0400 gravity-feed shelf measures 20 1⁄4 inches by 16 inches and fits the TGM-14RV merchandiser. Bottles and cans are held in five 3 1⁄2-inch-wide lanes, and the shelf is slanted, so bottles and cans automatically feed to the front when others are removed. That allows for implementation of a first in, first out system that helps ensure fresh beverages are sold. The shelf's open-wire design allows for airflow that facilitates maintenance of proper holding temperatures. The Turbo Air 30278F0400 gravity-feed shelf is coated in white polyethylene that protects the steel from corrosion and gives the interior a bright look.
