Univex SL200 Description
For mixing large dough, the Univex SL200 spiral mixer features a 265-quart bowl and a 441-pound dough capacity. It has two speed option—95 and 190 RPM—as well as a reverse function to accommodate various dough consistencies and amounts. Designed for floor placement, this unit measures 38 inches wide by 32 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 1⁄8
To withstand high-volume use and resist corrosion, the Univex SL200 commercial mixer's shaft, bowl, and spiral dough hook are made of durable stainless steel. It features a powerful belt-driven motor that minimizes noise and improves performance as well as safety switches that protect users against injury when the bowl is open. Its control panel includes separate digital timers for low- and high-speed options.
