The Dukers DCSC36 high-speed, natural gas convection steamer features a boiler-based generator and three independent stainless steel chambers for simultaneous steaming without flavor contamination. Managed by manual, dual-valve flame controls, three natural-draft burners provide quick adjustments, while stable ignition and safety protection ensure dependable operation throughout extended service. Tight-sealing doors retain heat inside each compartment to reduce recovery time between loads. Resting on integrated legs, this 36-inch-wide by 35 1⁄2-inch-deep by 74 3⁄4-inch-high unit eases floor cleaning and accommodates six full-size steam pans.
