The Dukers DCHPB12 gas hotplate fits into crowded kitchens without compromising control or convenience. A removable full-width drip tray collects grease and debris beneath both burners to simplify cleanup. Manual controls spaced every 12 inches help dial in precise heat output. Adjustable stainless steel legs support a level work surface, while a cool-to-the-touch front edge improves safety.
Designed for tighter stations or smaller-scale applications, the Dukers DCHPB12 gas hotplate operates on natural gas and includes a conversion kit for LP installation. Stainless steel construction resists rust and withstands heat stress. Two stainless steel burners each release 32,000 BTU and are paired with a standby pilot to provide steady ignition throughout repeated heating cycles during daily use.
